Fri, June 19, 2015

Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA (June 17, 2015)—Denon Professional ( denonpro.com), a leading innovator of premium solutions for the professional A/V market, today announced the addition of highly-regarded music/electronics industry veteran Paul Jenkins to their staff, in the position of VP for Denon Professional.

Jenkins is a highly accomplished sales and marketing professional and has successfully performed a wide range of sales and marketing positions in the past. His areas of expertise include retail management, regional music equipment sales manager, and Director/VP at the corporate level for sales, marketing and finance. He also has extensive experience in public speaking and sales training in domestic and international markets.

Prior to Joining Denon Professional, Jenkins spent several years at TEAC America, where he was responsible for overseeing the sales and product development for all audio divisions in his role as Sr. VP. Jenkins was also a senior member of TEAC’s Board of Directors for three years.

Before his tenure at TEAC America, Jenkins was the head of sales at the world-renowned pro audio company AKG Acoustics, where he successfully engineered several consecutive years of steadily increasing sales—a notable accomplishment in a highly competitive, mature industry—as well as the timely introduction of several important new recording and playback audio products.

At Denon Professional, his responsibilities include growing worldwide sales, market research and analysis to determine market trends and opportunities for future products, product presentations at industry events, and working closely with Denon Professional engineering and manufacturing personnel to ensure that Denon Professional products attain even higher levels of performance, reliability and easy installability.

“We’re extremely fortunate to have a capable and experienced sales and marketing specialist like Paul Jenkins come on board to head Denon Professional. We see an almost unlimited upside potential for the Denon Professional brand, and a seasoned, dynamic professional with great market insights like Paul has is exactly what we were looking for,” said Jack O’Donnell CEO of inMusic Brands, the corporate parent of Denon Professional.

Jenkins said, “I’m very excited to join the Denon Professional team to help them grow their worldwide sales and market presence. This is an amazing opportunity, and with Denon Professional’s incredible engineering and well-established brand reputation, I’m looking forward to making great strides in the marketplace in a short time.”
